Mature sheep’s milk cheese
Compact-texture cheese produced in Sardinia from accurately selected whole sheep’s milk, from flocks that roam pristine green pastures. Cylindrical shape with flat faces, slightly convex sides. White interior, compact and firm texture with a few eyes. Aromatic and decided taste. Fragrant, persistent and intense aroma. Ribbed brown rind.
Sheep’s milk, calf rennet, salt, lactic starter.
Minimum 120 days.
