Sheep’s milk “caciottone” cheese
Fresh soft table cheese produced in Sardinia from accurately selected whole sheep’s milk, from flocks that roam the pristine green pastures of the island of Sardinia. Cylindrical shape, flat faces, straight sides. Creamy white and soft interior, with a few eyes. Mild taste and delicate aroma, intense smell of fresh milk. Brown rind.
Sheep’s milk, calf rennet, salt, lactic starter.
Minimum 20 days.
